Polynucleotides are injectable skin treatments designed to support skin repair, hydration and overall skin quality. They're particularly popular for improving fine lines, crepey skin and delicate areas such as the under-eyes.
Rather than adding volume like dermal filler, polynucleotides work gradually to improve the condition and appearance of the skin. We offer both full-face and targeted under-eye treatments, with a course usually recommended for the best results.

Anti-wrinkle injections work by temporarily relaxing targeted facial muscles to soften expression lines and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses hyaluronic acid dermal filler to make carefully selected changes to the appearance of the nose without surgery.
It may help camouflage a bump along the bridge, improve certain asymmetries or create a smoother-looking side profile. It cannot make the nose physically smaller, and not every concern can be addressed with filler.

At Alien, we offer several under-eye options, including tear trough filler, polynucleotides and PRP, depending on your anatomy and skin concerns.
Tear trough filler is only suitable for carefully selected clients and requires an in-person assessment before treatment. We'll recommend an alternative if filler isn't appropriate for your under-eye area.

Sculptra is a collagen-stimulating injectable containing poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), designed to gradually improve facial volume and skin firmness.
It's particularly useful for clients experiencing facial hollowing, volume loss or changes in facial contours associated with ageing or significant weight loss.
Unlike traditional hyaluronic acid filler, Sculptra works progressively by encouraging collagen production. Treatment usually involves a planned course, with results developing over the following months.
